Jump start working off those extra holiday pounds workout #1


Equipment needed for this workout

choose a weight that is challenging for you. I recommend 8+ lbs for the back row


Workout time 15 min and 10 sec rest between each exercise if needed
you will repeat the whole workout 3 times

Jump rope 1 min
push-ups 20 sec
Run up and down stairs 30 sec
Bicep curls with dumbbells 20 sec
Mountain climers 20 sec
1 arm back row each arm 20 sec
Run up and down stairs 30 sec
triceps dips on chair 20 sec
Mountain climers 20 sec
Ab crunches 20 sec
Jump squats 20 sec
